SUMMARY Perform Quality Control tests on finished goods, raw materials, intermediates and purchase for resale products.Develop and implement objective measurements required to determine product conformance. Collaborate together with manufacturing to improve processes and to develop in-process QC checks. Investigate and resolve conditions that contribute to quality defects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Test production batches and evaluate results. If necessary, recommend adjustments to enable products to meet required specifications. Approve products for sale to customers. Perform established tests and improve/develop test methods to improve quality and efficiency. Review batch trends to adjust products (and their formulas) to meet quality standards, to improve efficiency in Q.C. and Right 1st Time MANUFACTURING. Process and evaluate RGA's. Place products on hold and determine final dispositions. Initiate process/product improvements. Follow current ISO 9001 standards.
