Corporate Risk Officer - (Indianapolis, IN)

Responsible for the Enterprise/Corporate Risk Management Program, including all corporate property and casualty insurance products, corporate risk management, club insurance and all other corporate (KI, KCF and KYP) insurance products and risk management programs. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Manage the corporate risk management program, including all insurance products, communications, training, claims management and vendor relationships. (80%) Manage claim adjudication through the TPA relationship and provide oversite to General Liability and Directors and Officers claims Remain current on business, regulatory, market and industry changes Identify and monitor risks, with remediation plans in place Coordinate and negotiate the purchase of all property and casualty insurance products Establish and manage broker and carrier relationships Accountable for all communication developed and executed from the risk management program Develop and manage the risk management budget
