This position is responsible for performing all activities related to marketing, leasing, customer service and resident retention. which can included, but not limited to: Manage a ?zone? of assigned apartment/townhome units to ensure property is well-maintained and resident satisfaction and lease compliance is being achieved. Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property.
