Leasing Agent - (Lansing, MI)

$13 - $17 an hour RESSCO, a growing property management company in southeastern Michigan, is looking for a dynamic, customer service oriented individual to fill a Leasing Agent position in Lansing, MI. This position will entail marketing an apartment community that has tremendous potential, engaging customers to view the community and reviewing and selecting applicants who are qualified to complete the residency process. Some of the position requirements include: Successful marketing and leasing of the apartment community Showing/Demonstration of models and vacant units Prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and candidates Maintaining accurate and organized lease files and traffic activity reports Assisting in lease renewal programs Communicating politely and skillfully with all inquiries from prospects and residents Planning and hosting monthly resident activities Recording and ordering maintenance requests as needed Viewing and inspecting apartments for move-in readiness
