Job details The Global Leader in Rental Housing is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team at 1 of our Active Adult (55+) Community. This role executes the propertys marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. The perfect candidate will have 3+ years in a sales or sales and marketing role within Senior Housing. Main responsibilities: :Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the propertys revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments, continuing the relationship with prospects, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal experience checks, preparing the lease and move:in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move:in and lease signing.
