Property Manager Needed for Luxury Community in NC - (Greensboro, NC)

Position description We are seeking a Property Manager for a class A community in Greensboro, NC to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions at the on:site level. Must have 3 yrs residential property managerial background. Responsibilities: :Oversee and coordinate daily activity for an apartment community including but not limited to rent collection, leasing apartments, supervision of a team, budget control, financial reporting, marketing and social media interaction :Attract and educate new residents :Investigate and resolve resident conflict :Update and improve properties to increase return on investment :Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion :Supervise and train property staff in management and following company policies and procedures :Create new marketing plans to implement throughout the year :Weekly reporting and conference calls with owners/investors/Regional Manager
