Property Manager : Tax Credit Property - (Clinton, IN)

Position summary Career Strategies is hiring a Property Manager for a Tax Credit Apartment Community in the Clinton, IN area. We are seeking an employee with excellent interpersonal skills, sales background, leasing background, fast paced, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company. Position title: Property Manager Hours: Full:Time Assignments include: - Semi:monthly payroll reporting. - Exceptional tenant and employee relations skills. - Establish work and make:ready schedules. - Tenant screening and processing of credit checks. - Required Section 8/Tax Credit background; and/or Affordable housing/bond paperwork. - Observe or review contract work and inspect problem areas including buildings and grounds. - Walk site to ensure community is clean and safe for tenants. - Expertise to self:manage and prioritize.
