Property Manager - (Mesquite, TX)

Job summary Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager for our Conventional, Multi:Family Apartments in Mesquite, Texas. This position is eligible for an added income via our Bonus and Commission Structure. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Assignments include, but are not limited to: :Manage all day to day operations and onsite team :Interview and train new employees :Maintain professional working relationship with residents, vendors, and contractors :Manage and accurately report details of propertys operating costs and expenses :Work to meet budgeted goals for income and expenses; develop strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy, delinquency and physical plant goals :Identify existing and potential barriers to the successful accomplishment of property objectives and utilizing performance data, observation, and budgetary and other financial info and creates solutions to those problems
