Position description Experienced Senior Level Property Manager needed for a Luxury Multifamily Apartment community in Wilton, Saratoga County, NY. Description :Coordinate / oversee maintenance requests between tenants and vendors :Handles all prospective tenant calls, shows apartments, facilitates on:line application and move:in / move:out processes (Security Deposit Refunds) :Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable as directed :Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives :Data migration / entry :Monitors / oversees the collection of late charges, applications charges, and rents (etc) :Monitors lease expirations and mails renewal letters :Self sufficient with management software / willingness to take on:line training courses as needed :Creates and sends emails / letters to tenants as requested by management (building notices, repairs, inspections, etc) :Travel to various banks to make deposits as needed / remote capture deposit
