Job overview Regional Property Manager : Residential San Diego, CA Our client, a leading residential property management firm is seeking a Regional Residential Property Manager. This individual will oversee a multi:site residential portfolio of 10:15 apartment communities throughout the greater San Diego area. Responsibilities of the Regional Property Manager will include but may not be limited to the following: :Full operational and fiscal oversight for a designated portfolio. :Prepare operating budgets, monthly variance reports, weekly and monthly financial reports. :Preparation of annual operating budget. :Provide financial statement analysis (Balance Sheet, Income and Expense etc.). :Provide trending analysis for marketing, occupancy and market rents. :Foster the ongoing coaching and development of your designated team. :Resolve resident issues in a service:oriented manner that promotes tenant retention. :Ensure legal compliance at all properties.
