Position description Leasing for Saturday Properties requires the right attitude. You must be fun, friendly, engaging and professional. This entails smiling often We expect a can do and positive attitude. Hours: Monday : Saturday Leasing: Consistently achieve sales goals reviewed by Sales Manager and Property Manager Diligently respond to leads (email, phone call, etc.) and effectively convert them to tours (the 1st sale is getting them in the door) Effectively convert tours to leases (the nuts and bolts of our job) Work with Marketing Consultant to target, design and implement advertising and web updates (come up with creative and new ways to drive traffic) Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Verify and disclose property facts to clients Host open houses and other events Manage the availability and suggested pricing with the Sales Manager and Site Manager Communicate with Sales Manager openly and often to discuss tours
