Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Property Manager - (Woodbridge, NJ)

Job overview Wick Companies, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the care of its commercial office, retail, industrial and multi:family properties. Candidates must have at least three years of background in a management position within the commercial property management field and should have a strong background managing Class A office space, shopping centers and industrial properties. The job would require you to supervise and direct field supervisors and interact with field personnel. Further, you will be required to be capable of supervising all vendors and subcontractor trades along with bidding, negotiating, and awarding contracts for maintenance and services to properties. A professional expertise in construction management, architecture, engineering, or an MEP trade would be a plus.
