$15 an hour Job title: Float Teller Location: Based in Leicester, MA and surrounding area locations (Worcester, Paxton, Charlton, Brimfield, West Brookfield) Division / Department: Retail Banking / Retail Banking FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job description Under the supervision of the Retail Banking Officer, this position provides excellent service to all customers by performing error-free transactions, informing customers of Bank products and services, and managing customer requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintains and balances cash drawer and reconciles discrepancies, while following all Bank policies and procedures to reduce risk of loss. Supports the branch in reaching branch deposit and loan goals. As a floating position, this role regularly requires travel to various branch locations within an assigned region.
