Relationship Banker/Manager - (Sarasota, FL)

Job details Responsible for generating, educating and servicing consumer and business clients on all the banks products and services, and deepening customer relationships. Efficient in opening accounts and processing transactions for customers while providing a high-level of service. Refers to other lines of business when appropriate and contributes to the growth of the branch. Oversees day:to:day operations for the office and staff. Position duties: Has expert knowledge of all retail, business and convenience banking products including cash management services, mobile and on-line banking. Partners with Trust Officers and Commercial/Business Bankers to grow and retain business and consumer clients. Confidently engages with clients and handles inquiries on a wide array of topics in a professional manner. Uses interpersonal and sales skills in identifying opportunities for delivering products and services to meet the customers needs.
