Payroll Specialist - (Vail, CO)

Position Available Primary Care Partners, Inc. has an opening for a full time Payroll Specialist position . The right applicant will be responsible for: Process payroll for 300+ employees, including terminations and garnishments Create and transmit 401(k) contributions ACH files Submit and post federal and state tax deposits in Greenshades Software/Microsoft Dynamics GP Prepare 401(k) Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing quarterly reconciliation Prepare payroll mapping Audit employee benefit accrual accounts Manage all employee time records in TimeClock Plus Create Microsoft excel and PDF payroll files Create payroll reports as requested by the CFO and division managers Prepare annual personnel budget with assistance from CFO and division Managers Background and Education Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent in corporate accounting. Intermediate background in Microsoft excel, basic to intermediate background in Ms word, basic background in Outlook.
