Our Location Managers are in charge of helping Santa provide a great background for our guests. You can choose the best elves to be on your team while creating memories that last a lifetime. The basic function of the Location Manager is to increase gross margin of the assigned photo set operation. This is driven by: Facilitating a positive customer background and growing retention Delivering quality photos/product Strengthening and preserving client relations Effectively managing of onsite staff and payroll budget Properly executing sales strategies to achieve daily goals Essential Duties and Responsibilities within Territory: Directly recruit, train and manage all needed staff Ensure company HR and client qualifications are adhered to Create and maintain compliance of staff schedule and time records
