Brand Manager - (West Chester, OH)

Our client is a growing Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing Company. They are based near the greater Cleveland area. They are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to work with the company’s marketing, R&D, sales, production and purchasing teams to drive profitable growth of 1 of the company’s leading brands. The perfect applicant will deliver sales and market share growth via new products, expanded distribution, innovative packaging, pricing, promotion and advertising. Travel as required. Responsibilities: Develop/refine brand strategies and annual marketing plan including new products and packaging initiatives, promotions and advertising, pricing and distribution. Lead research efforts on behalf of the brand, including direction/coordination of primary research projects, gathering of consumer data and analysis of syndicated category data. Work with R&D and Purchasing in the direction/management of new product and packaging development, product improvement projects and margin enhancement.
