Purpose of Job We are currently seeking talented Director, AML Compliance-OFAC/Sanctions for our Remote, San Antonio, TX, Tampa, FL (Crosstown), Phoenix, AZ or Addison, TX facility. The Director, AML Compliance-OFAC/Sanctions position within the Enterprise AML Compliance Team focuses primarily on managing and leading a staff in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions for OFAC/Sanctions to protect and minimize operational compliance risk to USAA. The Director will also provide guidance to the lines of business regarding the requirements and risks related to Sanctions Compliance. They provide operational compliance oversight for USAA, its affiliates, and USAA partnerships with external companies. Builds effective relationships with industry and regulatory authorities.
