Description: • Provides waste-related position/facility operations including processing and/or loading activities. • Ensures proper documentation and handling of solid, liquid, hazardous, radioactive, and mixed wastes. • Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory qualifications associated with best safety, environmental, inspection, packaging, and transportation activities in relation to waste management. • Inspects waste storage areas and containers and serves as point of contact regarding waste management issues. • Performs expert technical analyses and/or reviews of characterization data collected from a broad spectrum of waste characterization techniques to determine whether waste meets shipping, acceptance, and/or processing criteria. • Develops and approves waste-related policies and procedures and facilitates comprehensive resolutions. • Creates and approves required waste-related reports. • Participates and leads in audits and assessments, this may include self-assess
