Sr. Director, People & Culture - (Los Angeles, CA)

Manage all aspects of the HR function and people life cycle, while leading, supporting and promoting Beautycon’s core values and company culture through the next phase of growth. The Senior Director, People Ops will be responsible for establishing and strengthening our HR function along the pillars of (1) organizational planning, (2) talent acquisition & development, and (3) administration & compliance. Success in this role requires a high degree of organization, effective communication abilities, creative thinking and the expertise to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities and aggressive growth goals. Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction of the HR function, overseeing all people-related programs and processes Partner with managers to understand and anticipate hiring & development needs against the capabilities they need to deliver business objectives; prepare updated workforce plans and forecasts to inform key people choices and initiatives
