Maintenance Mechanic II - (Deland, FL)

Job details: The Maintenance Mechanic II position performs a wide variety of tasks including design and fabricating production fixtures and jigs, build and assembly of production equipment, repair and maintenance of production equipment and facility maintenance and repair. Will execute established PM’s, and maintain the tool and part inventory. The qualified applicant must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, solid in multi-tasking, capable of prioritizing, and able to positively and effectively communicate with their team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, precision coupling, drive belt alignment techniques, gear drives and knowledge of various types of bearings, oils and grease lubrications Expertise to troubleshoot electrical equipment using test equipment, circuit diagrams and basic knowledge of Motors, starters, electrical and pneumatic relays, variable frequency drives, PLC’s, servo controllers
