Responsibilities: Able to troubleshoot/fix equipments such as wood chipper, chicken plucker, air hose reel, hydraulic cylinder, meat grinder and meat slicer Answer phone calls on our products Has broad knowledge in mechanical equipment Able to write SOP for troubleshooting equipment Respond to customer's email for any issue E-commerce web sitecustomer service Skills/Abilities: Excellent attention to detail Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues Assist other mechanical support Must have excellent daily time organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results Background/Education: Previous background is preferred High-school or equivalent
