We are currently seeking an experienced, part-time Handyman to provide maintenance for a rental portfolio of 75 mixed rental units in Kalamazoo. Responsibilities: • Maintenance of rental units • Great customer service • Possible additional work helping on our remodels depending on skills and background Requirements: • Experienced, skilled handyman • Able to address plumbing and electrical issues • Some carpentry skills • Own truck and clean driving license • Own tools • Need images of work and references Compensation: $15/hr About Company: KPI (Kalamazoo Property Investments) is a property management company that manages a portfolio of 75 rental units in Kalamazoo.
