Maintenance Supervisor - (Newport, NC)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor for our property in Newport, North Carolina. The Maintenance Supervisor performs various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including but not limited to, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, yard maintenance and minor home repairs. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
