Shop/Service Technician - (Lafayette, LA)

Position description . Main responsibilities :Accurately build equipment according to P and E drawings :Communicate with customer to troubleshoot any issues and assist in additional needs :Travel to company locations on and offshore to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment. :Proactively work with engineering and sales departments regarding projects and product improvements :Assist with inventory checks, work with S and R regarding needed parts for jobs :Make deliveries as needed :Assist with general maintenance and ground needs Requirements and Desired Skills :Expertise to pass all required safety requirements and tests :Expertise to pass all required drug:screen and background checks :Expertise to effectively communicate and foster synergy with coworkers :Expertise to move from project to project at a quick pace :Expertise to work overtime as needed :Offshore background wanted.
