Coupa Systems Administrator - (St Louis, MO)
Job summary Under the supervision of the Director of Purchasing, the Coupa Systems Administrator will be responsible for all Coupa payment imports, Coupa updates and system trouble shooting , reporting, training, supplier management, Coupa supplier invoice management, Coupa accounting accrual reports and budgets with in Coupa. Support other system updates, such as Ucommand and other special assigned projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High-school certificate or equivalent. Some college preferred. BACKGROUND: Previous background in procurement, accounting, and P2P systems. Strong ms excel and management expertise, as well as team attitude. Good customer service skills, tact, accuracy are required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good communication abilities to interact with management and staff. Expertise to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet current project schedules. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFORT: Expertise to concentrate on detailed work of several projects for prolonged periods of time.
