URGENT: Handyman Wanted - Sash Window Repair/ Spiral Counterbalance - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bedroom sash window can open but not stay open. Left spiral counterbalance does not work properly, because the plastic latch that holds the spiral was broken . Right side counterbalance is ok.
