CentiMark offers a competitive wages, solid position openings, and fantastic growth potential. Foreperson Duties Include: Supervising and training a crew of six to 8 people. Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures. Position responsibilities: Min of 2 (2) or more years background in general roofing. Current understanding of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety. Outstanding communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, issue solving and management expertise. Background with: HOT ASPHALT, MOD BIT, AND TORCH IS A PLUS . PERFECT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TORCH BACKGROUND! A valid state driver’s license (in good standing). Able to lift 50 pounds. and climb up and down ladders to min heights of 25 ft.
