Lead Litigation Attorney (Attorney 3) Status: Executive Service* *Note: An Executive Service employee serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. OVERVIEW The Division of TennCare is seeking a Lead Legal Review Attorney in the TennCare Eligibility Appeals Organization within the Division of Member Services. Under the supervision of the Legal Review Administrator, the Lead Attorney will be the direct supervisor to approx eleven (11) Legal Review Attorneys.
