Sr. IP Contract Attorney - (Holmdel, NJ)

An in-house legal department at a telecommunications company is looking for a senior attorney with an intellectual property background relating to software and technology to assist in contract review and drafting. Previous background in cellular tech, security, and GPS is preferred. Attorney must have prior in-house legal background. The project will start full time for at least the 1st few weeks, and then there is an ongoing opportunity for part time (potentially 2 days per week) for the right applicant. Hourly rate commensurate with background. Qualifications: Provide advice and counsel regarding patent prosecution, registration, and enforcement. Prepare and negotiate agreements and other documents to support the development and/or utilization of intellectual assets.
