Construction Litigation Associate - (Alexandria, VA)

A construction law firm in Alexandria, VA is looking for an associate to help with its growing caseload. The practice is focused on commercial and local government construction projects (including sports stadiums, hospitals, airports, hotels, and schools). Work involves contract review and negotiation and helping clients resolve claims during and after project completion. Disputes generally involve delay, disruption, and design and construction defect claims. Insurance coverage background is a plus. Applicant must be curious about technical issues and be willing to delve into cost accounting issues. *Annual compensation range is $85-115k commensurate with background. Medical Insurance included.
