Purchasing Coordinator - (Miami, FL)

POSITION TITLE: Purchasing Coordinator REPORTS To: Purchasing Manager Company Overview Tri-Source Pharma is a pharmaceutical manufacturer/distributor operating in both the human and animal health care industries. Position summary: This position is primarily responsible assisting the Purchasing Manager with all aspects of inventory, purchasing, and clerical duties. This position is heavily reliant on interacting with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Customer Service, Regulatory, Accounting, and operations as well as external customers. Responsibilities Works with Purchasing Manager and Director of Operations by following SOPs and departmental objectives to help the organization meet its strategic goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory in the company's ERP system, including stocking levels and re-order points Maintains accurate records of cost changes Manages pricing as directed by Purchasing manager Create purchase orders
