POSITION : Aftermarket Parts Sales Rep – Multilingual - Forklift Truck Industry LOCATION : Lexington, Kentucky RELOCATION : Yes SUMMARY: The Regional Aftermarket Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting dealers to grow and better manage their parts businesses. This job requires bi-lingual skills in both English and Spanish languages. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible to grow their business by implementing and managing CSS (Customer Sales & Service) programs including PM’s, inspection programs, marketing, and retail promotional programs. They are also responsible for achieving the company’s parts business objectives in their assigned territories. In helping the dealerships achieve their business results, this position will help dealers manage inventories, inventory turns, and promotional programs. Will also assist dealers in training their parts personnel, assist in setting and tracking specific parts department performance criteria.
