Were looking for a Senior Technical Writer to accelerate AT&Ts success by creating product documentation that enable customers to easily locate concise, accurate answers to a wide spectrum of technical questions about our product. The role requires close working relationships with colleagues in engineering, product management, support, training, and marketing. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Work with product managers, developers, or technical support engineers to obtain an in-depth understanding of product functionality and documentation qualifications. Collaborate with manager to design content architecture, keeping the user persona in mind. Follow the Tech Pub Style Guide to write easy-to-understand on-line help and/or developer guides.
