Property Manager - (Clarksville, TN)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead staff in the management of 250+ units. Candidates must be hard-working, intelligent, kind, caring, empathetic, self-motivated, and possess effective communication and leadership skills. Candidates without property management experience need not apply. Compensation for the position is $13/hour with a 90-day probationary period after which compensation will increase to $14/hour. If an candidate has over two years of property managerial background the rate will be $15/hour after the 90-day probationary period. If an candidate has over two years of property managerial background and a Tennessee Affiliate Broker License (TN Real Estate License) the rate will be $17.50/hour after the 90-day probationary period.
