Property Manager - (Centerville, UT)

This is a twenty hrs/week position. We are a leader in residential property management, and we are expanding our portfolio. We’re looking for the best and brightest Property Manager in the area to efficiently manage our portfolio. A successful Property Manager will be professional at all times, exhibit strong management expertise and enjoy a fast-paced environment. The perfect applicant will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee each property. The ideal Property Manager must be able to manage properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with tenants, vendors; enforce regulations; and attend a monthly meeting.
