Part Time Leasing Consultant - (Bensalem, PA)

University City Housing Company is seeking a applicant searching for a rewarding and fun position! We are looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to work weekends at our property in Bensalem, PA. Applicants must be energetic, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented. This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and project organizational skills. The primary role of this position is to be the brand ambassador for our apartment communities, to lease apartments through product demonstration, social media, and follow-up, and to assist the Property and Leasing Managers with various projects. You will be an integral part of the onsite marketing and will assist the marketing team efforts in the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives and resident engagement.
