The representative will take credit card payments via phone, establish and maintain guarantor payment plans. The representative is expected to explain insurance payments and adjustments, why the balance is due, denied reasons, with expertise to resolve complaints. Must have expertise to make fair and accurate decisions with moderate assistance from Managerial staff. The position will adhere to all HIPPA privacy and 501r regulations while performing their duties.
