Architectural Intern or Licensed Architect - (Lubbock, TX)

ADC Inc . is currently seeking an Architectural Intern or Licensed Architec t to join our Production Team in our Lubbock office who possess extraordinary leadership. Our firm performs a broad spectrum of project types for both private and public clients and has a culture that is energetic, collaborative and open. Candidate must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Position assignments: Accurately preparing commercial or residential project construction documents. Coordinating the preparation of documents. Reviewing shop drawings and project submittals for document compliance. Managing physical samples. Filing documents. Interfacing directly with the consultants, contractors, teammates and architects. Minimum qualifications: Proven skills with AutoCAD. Proficient with Word, Microsoft excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and other software programs. Proficiency in Revit, 3D Studio or Sketch-Up is a plus.
