Senior Systems Integration Engineer - TORC Robotics - (Blacksburg, VA)

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the deployment of ground vehicle robotic systems. This team player will guide a team to develop and refine self-driving technologies for real world applications Responsibilities: Lead the integration of new and existing self-driving components and technologies onto vehicles Translate functional requirements into detailed design requirements for the system Ensure the requirements and responsibilities are articulated to each team player, modified as required, and accomplished throughout the project Evaluate full system performance, understanding the contributions of relevant sub-systems Assist with troubleshooting of component and system integration issues, guiding the team to an efficient resolution Identify and implement necessary updates or modifications to C++ software components Develop and manage test and verification plans for software systems deployed on mobile robotic platforms Provide clear feedback, both informal and formal
