SUMMARY: CNC Machinists are among the most highly skilled industrial workers. They use power-operated CNC machine tools that mass-produce metal parts. These are precision parts and tools used in building various kinds of engines, machinery, and other products. Working from written specifications and blueprints, machinist sets the tools and sequence of operations for each job as directed. Machinists must review blueprints and specifications of a particular product and plan the production process to match the job routing. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the highest level of quality control per our ISO standards. Troubleshoot machine and tooling problems to keep scrap and rework to a min. Perform inspections with required tools per the IPI Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose and numerical control machines and machining centers Studies prints, sketches and drawing, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished piecework
