Bankruptcy Attorney - Gloyeski Law Office - (Indianapolis, IN)

Gloyeski Law office is restructuring our Indianapolis office. We possibly searching for 2 attorneys-- one with Bankruptcy background and 1 with no background required. You will be required to: meet with potential bankruptcy and social security clients. attend hearings and 341 meetings of creditors. review/prepare bankruptcy petitions and schedules along with motions. travel to courthouses outside Indianapolis You will be expected to work 9-5:30 four days a week and 1 day until 6:30 and every other weekend. This is a great opportunity for someone with expereince or someone who has just passed the bar. You must be licensed in the Southern and Northern District of Indiana and you will be expected to register immediatey in both district's bankruptcy courts.
