OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES Interpret and understand sketches and work instructions both verbal and written, verifies conformance of dimensions using various inspection equipment Focus intently on internal processes and continuous improvement Think critically, analyze problems, troubleshoot and make decisions in collaboration with appropriate functional areas Monitor the status, wear and efficiency of tools Inspect geometric dimensions, tolerances and process operations Use statistical process control techniques Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks Comply with all safety practices, policies and procedures Set up and operates surface grinders and other support equipment Perform other position duties as minimum experience
