Production Supervisor - (Providence, RI)

Do you have background leading a team in production? We are hiring for a food production supervisor in the Providence RI area. Career Position 50K a year Benefits hours may very based on need typical day 6am-3:30pm Responsibilities: -Supervisor will work directly with the Production Manager on a daily basis to schedule production as to meet customer needs, quality and productivity requirements. -attention to detail to ensure accuracy -maintaining proper documentation to ensure accuracy and quality of the product. -Scheduling -Facilitate the safe manufacture of products.-Work with Research and Development Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Skills: - Previous managerial background in a food processing plant/facility - Fluent in Spanish and English - communication expertise, driven and passionate about people - The expertise to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and meet aggressive deadlines - Adaptability and quick thinking are required Education: Associate Background: Experienced
