Franchise Business Coach - Planet Fitness - (Erie, PA)

Planet Fitness World Headquarters is searching for a Franchise Business Coach to join our team! This field based role will support the Mid Atlantic Region including Upstate NY and portions of OH and PA. As an active member of Planet Fitness Franchise Operations team, you will be responsible for building relationships with Planet Fitness franchisees and partnering with them as a resource and support system to maximize sales and uphold PFs brand standards. As our Franchise Business Coach, you will utilize your knowledge of franchise contracts, operations and business compliance to audit Planet Fitness clubs and advise franchisees on brand consistency, methods of operation, cleanliness of the gym, vendor compliance and general business operations. The goal will be to provide coaching and advice to the franchise owners to improve their sales, decrease operational costs, enhance the member background and ensure Planet Fitness compliance standards are being met.
