Home Care Scheduler - (Chicago, IL)

Comfort Keepers-North Denver is seeking a motivated individual to join the team in our office. This person will be responsible for all the day to day scheduling of caregivers and clients. The perfect applicant needs to be hard working, well organized, a MULTI-TASKER, professional, a Team member and FUN! Duties include: Maintaining the client schedule and find substitutes as needed Expertise to solve problems and multi-task in a quick paced environment Expertise to fill shifts as needed Sharing on-call duties Accuracy on the computer when inputting customer and employee data Complete office work as assigned: filing, projects, payroll preparation, etc. The successful applicant must: Have excellent customer service and social skills Work efficiently in a high energy environment Expertise to understand and relate well with field staff, clients, and client s families Expertise to take intake calls in warm, professional manner
