Scheduling Coordinator - (St Charles, MO)

Tailored Senior Services is a family owned and operated non-medical home care agency located in St. Charles that services St. Charles and St. Louis area. We are seeking an entry level position that has the ambition to grow and advance with our company. This position plays a pivotal role within our agency and will assist with many aspects of our operations while providing excellent customer service and quality home care. Our FAST GROWING company is looking for a quick paced individual that enjoys a fast paced environment. Duties include managing the employee/client schedule, providing office support, and covering caregiver shifts in the field as needed. This job requires on-call availability including day, evening, overnight and weekend coverage. Our ideal candidate will work autonomously, communicate well, organize, prioritize, plan, problem solve, and follow through with little supervision. Outstanding attendance, confidentiality, and professionalism are required at all times. Technical skills are a MUST.
