Records Operating Clerk - (Kansas City, MO)

Job overview: Provides daily Record Management support under general supervision. The Records Management function completes all centralized records related activities to ensure the appropriate retention and destruction of bank records and details, responding to customer and business details needs, and conducting routine records monitoring operations. This position will manage Bank physical records stored at an off-site contractor. Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks under general supervision including, but not limited to: document processing; equipment operation and data entry. Performs other duties as assigned. Assists customers with questions or problems from routine to more complicated resolutions. Completes all assignments in a timely manner.
