Senior Instructional Designer - (Tacoma, WA)

SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER The Senior Instructional Designer will consult and partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate needs analysis and business requirements into performance-based learning solutions which enable performance and deliver desired business impact for PeopleReady (a leading North American staffing firm with 650 locations). This position will incorporate evidence-based adult learning principles in the design of highly relevant, engaging, effective and practical learning solutions. This role will analyze, design, and develop both formal and informal learning solutions that support instructional goals while utilizing scope documents and project management expertise to define and manage expectations and produce learning deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes and constraints.
