POSITION DETAILS The Content Developer designs, develops, and implements engaging and effective learning content, using a variety of content authoring tools and instructional design methodologies. The Content Developer coordinates with subject matter experts to create and verify learning content and may fill multiple roles in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, corporate environment. The Content Developer will also be required to carry out other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management. WORK BACKGROUND REQUIRED 4 yrs of background implementing instructional design methodologies to support complex business processes four years of background building on-demand and instructor-led training for adult learners in a software engineering environment EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
